Thats why mfgrs offer both clear and matte finishes. Clear are better for indoor solely, matte is better for mixed use. Of course you've seen those antiglare filter for desktops, but those are impractical for notebook. I HAVE seen static cling polarizing filter advertised, but I havent see them in stores nonetheless. I'll keep my eyes unfurl.
