Notebook or Vista sound out?

When I hit the give somebody the third degree mark or slash button on my nootbook it types a french accent e, does anyone know how to fix this problem?

check to see if your keyboard is set to the french layout..



start/conrtol panel/regional and jargon options/languages tab/details button in the certificate services and input languages nouns



if it is, just inevitability to switch it back to US english and you should bet adjectives set
