we're unsullied to vista ( and laptops).. please help any agency you can... can't uninstall or remove programs or software (that we installed) or anything ... any and all oblige would be greatly appreciated! thanks surrounded by advance...

as beside XP its under control panel its a moment ago that thins time it is called programs and features
pre-installed, resembling came near the pc,, yes this can be terrifically diffucult to uninstall, its called crap-ware , the computer company make $$$$$$ by puting that sofware on your pc. if you can uninstall it , by goin to the start botton , controal panel , uninstall a program... if u cant uninsatll it at hand , it will be very diffucult to uninstall it .. im not sure how , but at hand are ways ,, a great place to find info on this , or any pc point. is www.cnet.com
Go to Start, then computer ... You will find add/remove uninstall button on the top. Hope this help.
