i receive a blue screen that say unmountable boot drive every time. i have tried everythig. i really call for files from windows to work and i know they are still at hand. the logo screen comes for a few second and then go to the blue screen.
i enjoy a desktop and i need to know if a can transfet my files at hand or even connect the laptop's hard drive an do it that instrument. i realy need my files. please, someone aid with detailed instructions and explanations. thank you.

typically machines that display that message enjoy corrupted windows installations, or the frozen drive has has-been. boot off of your window disk just far adequate to see if setup finds the drive..if so then a repair install should be possible. but for the drive is probably dead.
IDE to usb adapters are widely available and usually come next to an adapter for 2.5 ide drives. With this you can hook up the drive to a desktop to see if it is accessible..if it shows up as different hardware then you most imagined will be able to get better your data. if it does not show up, next you will need to enlist the services of a professional information recovery service, such as drivesavers...explicitly a rather expensive proposition though.well-mannered luck!
