My laptop kept shutting past its sell-by date and in a minute it won't turn on at adjectives.?

It's a Dell and it's roughly speaking 5 years old. Someone thought it might be the internal power source. Anyone hold any ideas on what might impose this, and if it is the IPS, how mush does that cost to fix?

Thanks.

Answer:

my sister had a dell laptop that be about one and the same age (at least built around equal time) These models had motherboard and freestyle problems. Not only did the freestyle go unpromising, but she replaced the motherboard twice. Both times, she sent it in to dell for repairs and she have to cover the cost of shipping. After replacing the board twice, it went out again!! (the issue be the power connection from the exterior to the motherboard itself and I suspect that yours is the same) She eventually bought a unsullied macbook and is now division of a class action suit against dell for these out of order parts. She is expecting around $400 back from them for the shipping costs of the repair service.

Since dell seem to be completely incapable of fixing these issues, I suggest you look to another manufacturer for your subsequent laptop. If you decide to try and fix your current one, you might merely end up chasing you tail as she did.

honest luck!
5 years.it'll cost about 1400.for a NEW LAPTOP.yikes.

Sounds similar to a power supply problem to me. It's more cost effecient to get a hot laptop.
