Hi. I a short time ago received my laptop in the correspondence. It is an hp pavilion dv9260us. I plugged it in and turned the power on but the eyeshade did not work. We called tech support and still did not solve the problem. please assist!!
Answer:
I would send it backbone and either request a replacement or gain a refund. If even methodical support couldn't solve the problem, the laptop may be defective.
There are more instances than u think that laptops only just out of the box won't even turn on. If tech sup can't figure it out a short time ago return it and get a trial one.
press the fn button then the f5 or something.
This probably wont serve, but I'll say it anyway:
Double check that the little button that switches rotten the screen when you shut the laptop isn't stuck down for some origin, I had that come to pass once. If not, send it rear legs, they'll replace it for free
