I a short time ago got a laptop 2 weeks ago and it hasn't be a problem until just lately. It stops shaking when I put my thumb on the screen.

Take it hindmost to the seller... it's broken.
I hope that you bought it from a wholesaler that has a nice return policy. Staples and Costco do. They consent to you take it put money on without hassle for the first 2 weeks or month. I hear that WalMart is good too.
If you are forced to use the Warrantee, let's hope that they fix it prompt. Contact your vendor right now.

Return the laptop for a new one. If it's one and only 2 weeks old, in that should be ZERO problems with it.
