I tried next to diff players and videoes still doesnt work. I have a XP installed.

Answer:

You are probably missing the associated codec. A codec is close to a software driver that defines how multimedia (such as video and audio) are compressed, to salvage space on your computer. The most common is DivX and Xvid.

Download them here:

http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/...

http://www.divxmovies.com/codec/...

If those don't work, you may inevitability a different codec. There are dozens out there and I can not determine which one you stipulation. But you can probably figure it out next to the information found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/video_codec...
try updating your software

and this isnt a hardware question
