My Laptop won't power on...?

I JUST bought an Acer Aspire 5050-3371 and it give me a low battery warning- wierd because I thought I have it plugged in. But I lately turned it off to conserve verve, figuring my power cord have just come unplugged. So I checked it and departed the battery to charge. Exept presently, I can't turn it on! There's not even an idicator light! I've checked to cord connections again and again and they're adjectives connected- so I don't know what it could be! At first I thought it might be the socket, but I've tried almost every socket in my house- HELP!

Answer:

Eject the battery-operated and try it with the cord plugged surrounded by. Then plug in the battery-operated and see if it will work on it's own. If all else fail remember that Acer computers come with a one year warranty that CompUSA honors. They will bill Acer for any repair cost if this warranty hasn't expired. It sounds close to a defective battery or power cord. Acer will recklessly replace this is you mail it contained by, again this is assuming your warranty hasn't expired.
