My notebook say that my logitech quickcam isn't plugged contained by sustain!!!?

i installed the software and everything be going fine until i plugged it in and it say to reconnect but it wont work and ive tried both USB ports I'm new to webcams so can somebody please abet?!

try installing the driver wile having the cam connected. save go to hardware mediator and reinstall it through troubleshoot.
